That says something because with the great speed of the Asus Eee Slate EP121 and Core i5 processor comes at a cost to battery life. You are looking at about 4 hours battery. So even with that limited and well known battery life, people really love this tablet. It comes with a storage compartment that holds a stylus for input. You also get a Bluetooth keyboard and folio case in the package. So even with it’s $1,000 USD and above price tag, it does come with everything you need. It’s been interesting since the release of the Asus Eee Slate EP121 in that it’s been in very short supply everywhere. In stock and then out of stock. Prices have been inflated as a result.
The price is supposed to be $999 for the 32GB model and $1099 for the 64GB model. Now we’re in September 2011 and there is a new model, the B121 which is the same except for a Windows 7 Professional operating system upgrade in addition to some other business, security and networking additions. Same processor and same battery life in the Asus B121.
