After Asus with Asus Zenbook and Acer with the Acer Aspire S3 so this time HP came with Ultrabook named Hp Folio 13 Ultrabook that promises exceptional resistance of the batteries that can last two hours longer than the MacBook Air. Besides the Hp Folio 13 Ultrabook thickness was less than 0.7 inch/18mm but still heavier than the Macbook Air with a weight 3.3 pounds, or about 1:49 kg. Hp Folio 13 Ultrabook said these batteries could survive 9 hours, which is the longest compared to other ultrabook.

Display Hp Folio 13 Ultrabook is also using metal style similar to the Macbook Air and equipped HP TrueVision HD webcam, backlit keyboard, touchpad 3 buttons, Ethernet LAN port, USB 3.0 connectors, and HDMI output. There is also WiFi connectivity and Dolby Advanced Audio.

Hp Folio 13 Ultrabook Systems comes with 4GB of memory and 128 GB SSD and Core i3 processor options up to 1.6 Ghz 1.4 Ghz Core i5. Hp Folio 13 Ultrabook plan will go on sale December 7 starts at US$899, which means US$300 cheaper than the MacBook.

HP Slate 2 Tablet Review, Release Date, Specifications and Features

HP presents the new tablet named HP Slate 2 with Windows 7 OS which has a 8.9 inch screen, resolution 1024 × 600 with Atom processor, up from the era of 2009 on Slate 500 to the Atom Z670 1.66GHz modern family of Oak Trail. This upgrade would theoretically offer six hours of battery endurance.

Another enhancement is a mixture of hardware and software. HP Slate 2 Tablets should be more responsive and portable with a 64GB SSD, an optional Bluetooth keyboard dock, and TPM to help lock down when on a corporate network. Swype keyboard also makes one of the first appearances on the desktop and potentially assist with thumb typing.

HP only planned to renew the commitment to tablet as the main products with OS Windows 8 by mid-2012 or more, which will become the first Microsoft OS was optimized for the touch and will give HP the option of using an ARM processor for longer battery life.
