As for the software that Samsung Galaxy Ace comes “equipped” with, it is Android 2.2 Froyo. If you ask me, that’s not a pretty big deal, as there are already phones that come with Android 3.0. Well, there is one major disadvantage: ACE Galaxy performances aren’t high enough to support Flash, therefore Flash Player won’t be working. However, Froyo supports an Youtube App, application that allows its users to watch/upload videos on Youtube. Another S5830 feature is the 7.2Mbps HSDPA for fast downloads over 3G, as well as the wireless friendly hardware, specially adapted for the 802.11n Wi-Fi standard. They allow their users to use the local unsecured wireless networks, therefore in certain situations, people can use Samsung Galaxy Ace like miniature laptops. Moreover, the Ace sports 5-megapixel camera can be used as a webcam or as a video camera, but only if the users pop in a micro SD card (that can go up to a capacity of 16 GB). In good light, the camera should be able to post even HD pictures, but only if the phone is stable and there isn’t a lot of noise image.
In our tests the camera was pretty good, with medium quality of the image. However, the display of S5830 is not so great as the iPhone 4 screen.

As a conclusion, Samsung Ace Galaxy is one of the best phones on the market, especially as it has a long life battery, a strong and resistant software that won’t crack down very often and plenty of Android features pre installed.
